RETURNS

Or, we made a mistake . . . in any case we can replace if possible or refund upon receipt of your return. Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase in the same condition as received.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

If something is damaged upon arrival; we will ship a replacement as soon as we receive documentation: Photos of the broken item(s); one photo of each side of the shipping box; one photo of the packing materials. Save everything including packing materials. The shipping carrier may request an inspection. This is not pleasant . . . however, the carrier will not reimburse without the documentation.
