Shipping Damage If something is damaged upon arrival; we will ship a replacement as soon as we receive documentation: - Photos of the broken item(s); one photo of each side of the shipping box; one photo of the packing materials. - Save everything including packing materials. The shipping carrier may request an inspection. This is not pleasant . . . however, the carrier will not reimburse without the documentation.
