Produced by Steubenville Pottery in Ohio from 1939-1944.  

Condition: Wonderful. No chips, cracks or crazing; glaze is excellent. Very little evidence of use - a scratch that appears as a production flaw.

Wright brought the "new modernism" to dinnerware with clean lines and complex glazes like Bean Brown. The practicality of lidded serve wear is a boon to the cook . . . this size is perfect for a side dish.
